Established on October 1, 2021 (2078-06-15 BS), we are officially recognized by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supplies under the Office of the Company Registrar. We operate under Registration No. 274050/078/079 pursuant to the Companies Act, 2006.

We are further registered with the Inland Revenue Department (Ministry of Finance) with Permanent Account Number (PAN) 610111764, under the jurisdiction of the Inland Revenue Office in Damauli.
